1.	The school office will be open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m.
2.	The school office will remain closed on all gazette holidays.
3.	The principal will be available to meet parents of students studying in the school with prior appointment and meeting time will be 11:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m .
4.	Regarding all academic matters the Vice-Principal will meet parents from 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m on Mon, Wed, Fri.
5.	Permission is to be taken from Principal/Vice Principal to meet any teacher.
