General Discipline
1. | Participating in any prejudicial to national interest. |
2. | Moral turpitude. |
3. | Practice of casteism, communalism or untouchability. |
4. | Theft or cheating |
5. | Rude behavior. |
6. | Any form of gambling. |
7. | Disfiguring or otherwise damaging school property. |
8. | Irregularity
Pupils who indulge in any of the above forbidden practices will be given the following punishment.
(a) Warning (b) Fine (c) Rustication |
9. | Students are not allowed to bring any type of mobile phones in school and if caught will not be returned back. |
10. | Students are not allowed to come to school by riding motorbikes by their ownselve. |
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXAMINATION
1. | Promotion to next higher class will depend on the students progress throughout the year on the basis of Unit tests, class test, 1st term and Final examination. | |||||||||||||
2. | To pass the examination , a candidate must appear in all the tests conducted by the school from time to time. | |||||||||||||
3. | It is essential for every student to appear in all the examinations, if he/she is unable to appear in all tests on account of sickness he/she may be exempted on request of the guardian writing an application along with medical certificate. The application for this purpose should reach the office of the principal within seven days after the exam. Is over. | |||||||||||||
4. | It is advisable to consult the principal before engaging private tutors. | |||||||||||||
5. | A student is required to secure a minimum of 33% marks in each major subject in aggregate to merit promotion to the next class. | |||||||||||||
6. | There is weight age for regular home task / class work, project work for promotion and attendance in class room. | |||||||||||||
7. | This grading system is not applicable for IX,X,XI and XII |
A+ - 90% & above | C - 45% to 59% | ||
A - 80% to 89% | D - 33% to 44% | ||
B+ - 70% to 79% | E - Below 33% | ||
B - 60% to 69% |
FEE, FUNDS AND FINE:
1. | Fees are to be paid on or before 25th of every month. Late payers have to pay a fine of Rs. 20/- per child for consecutive @ months. If fee is not paid for 3 months a fine of Rs . 150/- will be imposed. |
2. | If fees are not paid for 4 consecutive months, the name of the student shall be struck off from the attendance registers and he/she will be readmitted only on payment of full dues along with readmission fee. |
3. | Report card will not be issued if fees are in arrears. |
4. | If fees are due for more than 2 months then the child will not be permitted to sit in the examination. |
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE STUDENT:
1. | Every student is requested to keep the students diary with him/her in the school and maintain properly .In case it is lost a new one has to be purchased on payment of Rs. 25/-only. |
2. | Always get parents/guardians signature in the diary regularly. |
3. | Never play truant (bunk) from the school. |
